Daniel Radcliffe Wraps Harry Deathly Hallows and Opens Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando Friday

As Daniel Radcliffe wrapped up filming Deathly Hallows the last installment of the Harry Potter films, a new beginning for Harry Potter fans is about to open in Orlando, Florida.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Officially Opens in Orlando, FL in Friday June, 18th and Daniel Radcliffe will be in attendance.

In the past Harry Potter fans have been able to read the books, watch the movies and now they will be a to experience Butterbeer, Honeydukes, have a wand select them, shop Hogsmeade and ride Harry Potter’s Forbidden Journey in Hogwarts Castle.

Universal Studios has spent $200 million dollars to make the Wizarding World of Harry Potter come to life and based on our visit they have done an incredible job as Hogwarts Castle is visually stunning and majestic.

The excitement for the Grand Opening this Friday may be unsurpassed in Universal Studios Florida history as thousands are expected to converge on Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park to see actors Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Rupert Grint (Ron) and Michael Gambon (Dumbledore).

How Big is the Opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter?
- Over Almost 1,500 videos have been posted on YouTube concerning the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and views of those videos number in the millions.
One Orlando web site, Orlando-Vacation.US started posting short Harry Potter video clips the other days and within hours of posting Wizarding World videos had over 500 views!
- Plus there are 46,000 Facebook pages about Harry Potter and a new fan pages focusing on fans experiences at the The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
- Islands of Adventure is bracing for a possible record attendance on Friday and extra staff will be hand to handle all the muggles and wizards attending the Grand Opening.

A little over 2 years ago, Universal Studios announce they would bring Harry Potter to Orlando and in less than 5 days that dream will become a reality and eager Harry Potter fans will be able to experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter for themselves.
