This is a beautiful WDW Pin Set that includes 2 Snow White pins and 2 Sleeping Beauty pins and is part of the Awakening Pin Set which was available during a pin event in September 2003.

- Limited Edition only 300 Sets
- The set is called "Awakening" and focuses on the Awakening of Snow White and Sleeping Beauty
- The set was designed by Artist Jeff Ebersohl

Harry Potter's Forbidden Journey - Who Knew Waiting in Line Was so FUN!

I went back to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to and rode Harry Potter's Forbidden Journey.

However, unlike last time I stood in the regular line and all I can say is "I am glad I did." and here is why you should too.

While in most cases I hate lines and I hate waiting, this line is some much more than a line it really is part of the experience. Well let me clarify that - Once you get in the castle the experience really begins.

If you take the Single Line, you miss all this.

So what is so special about the Forbidden Journey line?
1. As you enter you get to see Hogwarts Icons
2. You get to see several rooms of Hogwarts talking portraits and hear the conversations between them. It is really cool (audio link)
3. You get a personal message from Dumbledore in his office
4. Harry, Ron and Hermione explain the ride and how they plan to sneak you into Hogwarts - (Link is mostly audio)
5. You have time to experience the Hogwarts and all the detail - and it is amazing detail

It really is a great experience. I will keep uploading videos and building out pages our Orlando Vacation site.

Daniel Radcliffe Wraps Harry Deathly Hallows and Opens Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando Friday

As Daniel Radcliffe wrapped up filming Deathly Hallows the last installment of the Harry Potter films, a new beginning for Harry Potter fans is about to open in Orlando, Florida.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Officially Opens in Orlando, FL in Friday June, 18th and Daniel Radcliffe will be in attendance.

In the past Harry Potter fans have been able to read the books, watch the movies and now they will be a to experience Butterbeer, Honeydukes, have a wand select them, shop Hogsmeade and ride Harry Potter’s Forbidden Journey in Hogwarts Castle.

Universal Studios has spent $200 million dollars to make the Wizarding World of Harry Potter come to life and based on our visit they have done an incredible job as Hogwarts Castle is visually stunning and majestic.

The excitement for the Grand Opening this Friday may be unsurpassed in Universal Studios Florida history as thousands are expected to converge on Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme park to see actors Daniel Radcliffe (Harry), Rupert Grint (Ron) and Michael Gambon (Dumbledore).

How Big is the Opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter?
- Over Almost 1,500 videos have been posted on YouTube concerning the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and views of those videos number in the millions.
One Orlando web site, Orlando-Vacation.US started posting short Harry Potter video clips the other days and within hours of posting Wizarding World videos had over 500 views!
- Plus there are 46,000 Facebook pages about Harry Potter and a new fan pages focusing on fans experiences at the The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
- Islands of Adventure is bracing for a possible record attendance on Friday and extra staff will be hand to handle all the muggles and wizards attending the Grand Opening.

A little over 2 years ago, Universal Studios announce they would bring Harry Potter to Orlando and in less than 5 days that dream will become a reality and eager Harry Potter fans will be able to experience The Wizarding World of Harry Potter for themselves.

Universal Orlando Starts Summer Concert Series This Weekend

Universal Studios couldn't have picked a better weekend to start the Summer Concert Series in Orlando, with Orlando in the NBA Finals the city is a buzz with activity and visitors looking for great entertinment.

Jordin Sparks - June 13th
The former American Idol is back to sing her hits, Tattoo, One Step at a Time and maybe No Air and her newest release - Battlefield.

LL Cool J - June 20th
He has electrified audiences for over 15 years with hits like “I Need Love,” “Goin’ Back To Cali,” “Mama Said Knock You Out,” and “All I Have”. Muppet's Creator - Jim Henson's Fantastic World Worth the Trip to Downtown Orlando

There is something special happening at Orlando's History Center that has locals and visitors buzzing this Spring.

Jim Henson's Fantastic World is on display at The History Center in downtown Orlando. This Exhibit showcases the world of Jim Henson and the colorful world he built. it also includes weekend movies, storytelling or more.

If you love the Muppet's and Sesame Street, you will enjoy this show. In fact I am hearing positive feed back from young kids and adults.

I often tell visitors Downtown Orlando is not really a daytime destination but great for evening fun, however this type of event is worth driving downtown and skipping the theme parks for a day.

You need to know that the exibition runs until May 3rd at The History Center, but as word spreads I expect that the last weekend might be a mob scene so go early relax, laugh and enjoy.
